I was in a great deal of pain after my car accident. The pain in my neck and shoulders was excruciating. It affected my work and limited many of my regular activitites. Dr. Bauer recommended decompression. After 3 months of weekly treatment, I'm amazed how well it worked for me. Dr. Bauer has truly been a blessing don't know what I would have done without his help and expertise. Janet and Kristen were always very friendly and accommodating as well.

After about my 3rd visit I started to notice some short term relief but it would soon return after or during work. I am now about 20 visits into my treatment and feel like myself again. I have been very pleased with my treatment and total experience with Dr. Bauer and his staff and recommend them to anyone with back pain.

The pain started after I picked up a gallon jug of water when I was gardening. I was diagnosed with sciatica. An MRI showed it was the L4- L5, a degenerative disc. Doctors prescribed many different pain pills but nothing worked. I was in pain 24/7 and I couldn't sleep at night. I went to the chiropractor and learned about spinal decompression therapy. I was hopeful that it would help. It was gradual and I started to notice improvement at around 10-12 treatments. Now I am pain free and doing a few extra treatments for complete healing.

After a previous discectomy a year prior, my disc re-herniated and I did not want to undergo another surgery/ recovery. I was not able to sit more than 10 minutes in a chair, hold my daughter without pain, and other day to day tasks without pain. After IDD therapy, I can perform day to day task with very little pain, and has allowed me to feel better while continuing physical therapy. I've felt better after IDD therapy vs. surgery.

I couldn't walk without a walker. I was hunched over and could hardly walk. The pain was excruciating. After treatment I was able to walk and have a normal life again.

Many thanks to Dr. Bauer for his expertise and care! I have seen him in the past for back issues and he provided the care for me to recover then! When this new neck issue precipitated, I knew he was the "go to" doctor once again to provide relief! My discs looked pretty messy on my x-ray! The spinal decompression therapy he recommended are proving to be helpful! I am sleeping better and my range of motion in my neck are much improved as well! I am grateful to be feeling better and able to ambulate and function better with little to no pain! Kudos to your great and friendly staff as well!

Great experience with Dr. Bauer and great team. I came in with a lot of pain. I followed the treatment plan put together by Dr. Bauer and stopped taking pain medication for my back and I'm feeling a lot better. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and really listen to your needs. I am able to run and move like before with no pain.

I highly recommend the decompression table for all forms of back pain. I sit all day at my job, slouch and have poor posture as well as lower back pain from ovarian cysts. The decompression table is the highlight of my week because I can relax and leave all my pain at the door.

I had severe sciatica. After a week of treatments, I was no longer waking up at night. After a few weeks of treatments, I no longer woke up in severe pain. Now, I am playing golf 2-3 times a week and the pain from sciatica has been significantly reduced! My thanks to Dr. Bauer, Janet and Kristen!
